Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a capable Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their Carmarthen dealership. The role focuses on providing essential administrative support to the sales and management teams, including registrations, invoicing, and file maintenance.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in vehicle administration or similar admin roles, along with strong Excel skills and knowledge of dealer management systems. On-site parking and structured training are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the vehicle sales and management teams with administrative tasks.
• Manage vehicle registration and taxation processes via AFRL.
• Raise sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed vehicle files and records.
• Prepare and review reports for internal and external use.
• Provide holiday cover for team members.
• Handle ad-hoc office administration duties as required.
