Perfect Placement UK Ltd is partnering with an automotive group in Stockport to recruit a Corporate Sales Administrator. The role concentrates on fleet sales administration and lease support, handling paperwork, stock reports and registrations.

You will liaise with the PDI centre to ensure vehicles are prepared to standard and on time, while maintaining accurate records. It offers a dynamic environment and opportunities to develop within fleet administration.

Responsibilities

• Complete all administration paperwork for fleet vehicle sales and leasing transactions.
• Maintain and update daily stock reports for accuracy.
• Support vehicle registration processes, including ordering leasing packs and accessories.
• Coordinate with the PDI centre to ensure vehicles are prepared to standard and on time.
• Ensure sold vehicles are registered in compliance with regulations.
• Use internal spreadsheets for invoicing and financial records.
