Job summary

Solus, owned by Aviva, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to be the face of our on-site team. You’ll focus on the customer experience, update customers by phone, source vehicle parts, and plan transportation to ensure vehicles are collected, repaired and returned to customers.

This role is five days a week (40 hours), Monday to Friday. You’ll deliver high levels of customer contact, manage service level expectations, and collaborate with colleagues to support a smooth vehicle repair journey.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to lead by example and work collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer contact and communications throughout the vehicle repairs.
• Provide Service Level Agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs.
• Identify, own, and handle risks involved in running the business relevant to the role.
• Be accountable for personal performance and contributing to site performance.
