Job summary

Marshall OMODA JAECOO Gatwick is seeking a proactive Vehicle Progressor to support the smooth running of the dealership's sales process. You will manage vehicle journeys from arrival to handover, photograph and advertise inventory, and coordinate with the showroom and valet teams to present vehicles to a high standard.

This full-time role (45 hours/week, Monday to Friday) includes 25 days' leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, a pension scheme, and exclusive staff perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Team player attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems; experience with CRMs or online vehicle listings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival to customer handover, supporting Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
• Photograph and advertise vehicles online, update offers, manage showroom presentation and coordinate with valet teams.
• Handle key storage, appraise used car stock, and ensure vehicles are prepared and presented for viewings or handovers.
