Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Ltd. is seeking a Vehicle Progressor for our Watford showroom to support the Sales Team in preparing all new and used cars for display and handover. You will manage vehicles from arrival to delivery, arrange photography, and ensure cars are listed online while upholding showroom standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in the automotive industry, holds a full driving licence, and demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork to ensure a superior customer experience.

• At least 2 years' experience within the automotive industry.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team with preparation of all new and used cars for display and handover, including check-in and fuelling.
• Manage preparation of sold and unsold vehicles from arrival to delivery, including photography and handover prep, and loading onto the internet.
• Coordinate valeting in a timely manner and maintain showroom standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Salary: £30,000 per annum OTE £36,000

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Vehicle Progressor to join our team at Omoda & Jaecoo Watford.

What you will do:

The Vehicle Progressor will support our Sales Team with the preparation of all new and used cars both for display and handover including checking in new and used cars, fuelling cars, ad hoc driving duties.

You will be responsible for managing the preparation of sold and unsold vehicles from arrival to delivery including organising photography of used cars, assisting with the preparation of vehicles for handover, managing loading of cars onto the internet, and maintaining showroom standards.

You will be responsible for the timely preparation of our retail used car stock through our Aftersales departments including arranging valeting in a timely manner.

The position is key in our efforts to deliver unrivalled experience for our customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.
