Job summary

Day' Rental, part of CEM Day Motor Group, is hiring a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to service our expanding regional network. You will work from a base repair workshop and on-site mobile solutions across the network, maintaining vehicles and equipment to high standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance, demonstrable experience, a clean driving licence (D1 is a plus), and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Clean driving licence; D1 entitlement advantageous.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle maintenance from a base repair workshop and mobile solution across the regional branch network.
• Respond to breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults.
• Repair vehicles and equipment.
• Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and work as part of a team.
