Job summary

Day' Rental, part of the CEM Day Motor Group, seeks a vehicle maintenance technician to provide maintenance from a base workshop and via mobile service across an expanding regional branch network in the UK. You will respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, repair vehicles and report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager as part of a valued team.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ 3 in vehicle maintenance (or City and Guilds equivalent), a clean driving licence (D1 a plus), demonstrable experience in

Qualifications

NVQ 3 in vehicle maintenance or City & Guilds equivalent.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Clean driving licence; D1 entitlement advantageous.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
Be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Providing vehicle maintenance from a base repair workshop and mobile solution across an expanding regional branch network
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing vehicles and equipment
Reporting to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and working as part of a valued team
