Job summary

Holdcroft is recruiting a Dealership Vehicle Coordinator to join Volvo, Hanley. You will coordinate vehicle movements across the dealership, ensuring the forecourt and car park are organised and vehicles are positioned correctly for appointments, test drives, and handovers.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong organisational skills, and the ability to liaise with Sales and Service. You will be based on site with the benefit of training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and positioning of vehicles across the dealership.
• Move vehicles around car park and forecourt to designated locations.
• Liaise with Sales and Service to understand vehicle requirements and priorities.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for customer appointments, test drives and handovers.
• Maintain tidy forecourt and car park, ensure safe parking and secure keys.
• Assist with locating vehicles quickly for different departments.
