ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED in Peterborough is seeking a Claims Handler to join our Customer team. You will manage vehicle claims end-to-end, ensuring a professional service for clients and customers while meeting SLAs.

This full-time, permanent role offers development within a UK-wide growing business. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, use our bespoke software to log claims, prioritise tasks, and provide timely updates to managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle/fleet claims handling.
• Understanding of repair lifecycle and fleet repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage own time and workload.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound calls to and from customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers
• Manage queries end to end from first contact to resolution, only escalating where necessary
• Using Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to record, update and maintain information relating to each claim
• Manage own workload, prioritising each day and ensuring all tasks are complete
• Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required
• Ensure that all SLA’s are met and exceeded
