Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working within the repair industry, mechanical/body.
• Experience resolving complex customer/repairer problems.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation: FOS, FCA, DPA.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and authorise vehicle repair costs.
• Produce inspection reports and make total loss decisions.
• Liaise with customers to ensure claims are settled appropriately.
