Job summary

Vertu Honda Kia Admin Hub is seeking a Vehicle Administrator to join our team. The role involves ensuring invoices and vehicle taxation are completed accurately and on time, while creating vehicle and customer records to maintain a clean database and comprehensive vehicle history.

You will manage orders with the factory, organise subcontract work, and progress orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator
• Kerridge experience would be beneficial
• Excellent IT / PC / Numerical skills
• Full training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and vehicle taxation completed accurately and on time
• Create vehicle and customer records and maintain a clean customer database and vehicle history
• Process orders and facilitate progression of orders from factory to delivery
• Organise subcontract work and progress orders through to delivery to customers
