Job summary

Lookers Birmingham Vauxhall and Changan is recruiting a highly organised Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the department and provide an exceptional administrative experience. You'll report to the Dealership Accountant and help maintain customer databases and process vehicle orders.

The role requires prior administrative experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and suppliers.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all customer databases and answering queries by telephone and online.
• Support the ordering of vehicles for customers using the internal fleet management system.
• Ensure orders comply with Lookers policies and provide accurate quotations using the approved system.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
