Job summary

Vertu BMW Durham is recruiting a Fleet Administrator for dayshift 08:30am - 17:00pm, with a basic salary of £26,436.80. You will handle invoices and taxing vehicles, create vehicle and customer records, and help maintain an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.

The ideal candidate will have prior Vehicle Administrator experience and Leaselink / Ebbon systems expertise. IT and numerical skills are essential, and full training will be provided for the right applicant.

Vertu BMW Durham

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to come and join our team at Vertu BMW Durham! We are offering a basic salary of £26,436.80. You will be working dayshift hours from 08:30am - 17:00pm.

This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for ordering vehicles on the factory, organising subcontract work and progressing the order through to point of delivery.

We’re looking for the successful applicant to have previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator. Leaselink / Ebbon computer systems experienceis essential. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
