Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced people manager and workstream lead within the R&D Advisory Group in London.

You will oversee end-to-end management of system implementation projects, coach consulting staff, and ensure a superior client experience while driving delivery from start to finish. You will lead by example, set expectations, and manage performance while contributing to business development and proposal pricing.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in management consulting in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role.
• Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles (clinical operations, regulatory, safety or similar discipline) either in industry or consulting.
• GxP System Implementation and Validation experience.
• Desired: experience supporting implementations of cloud-based enterprise software such as Veeva Vault, Oracle, Medidata or OpenText.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of system implementation project deliverables by quality checking work and guiding the project team.
• Recommend creative ideas based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Anticipate and support customer needs through design of alternatives and contingency plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, and BD opportunities to program leadership.
