Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior, self-motivated Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team in the Life Sciences space. You will guide enterprise-scale implementations, act as the main customer liaison, and drive agile delivery to maximize value through industry best practices.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful cloud-based deployments of Veeva Quality Cloud, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects.
Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior/executive stakeholders.
Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.

Responsibilities

Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing all aspects of program and project management, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting.
Act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization.
Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement.
