• Coach and supervise consulting staff, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Proven expertise in management consulting in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech sector or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of project deliverables, set expectations with the project team, and drive completion from start to finish.
• Recommend creative ideas based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Support customer needs, design contingencies, and communicate project status to leadership.
• Participate in BD processes by writing and pricing proposals and contributing to pitches.
• Achieve billable utilisation targets and manage a book of business.
