Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in management consulting in life sciences/pharma or equivalent.
• Experience with one or more R&D operational roles (clinical ops, regulatory, safety).
• Engagement management experience and ability to lead client deliverables.
• GxP system implementation and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of system implementation projects for customers.
• Coach and supervise consulting staff, delivering high-quality deliverables.
• Manage client communications, scope changes and risks proactively.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and pricing.
