Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams.
• Experience designing and executing effective project governance models for large enterprises.
• Strong technical affinity and/or hands-on experience with software implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, overseeing all aspects of program and project management, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing all communication and relationships between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for Veeva Quality Cloud suite
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on continuous improvement
