Job summary

Syneos Health in London seeks an experienced managing consultant and workstream lead to oversee end-to-end implementation projects for biopharma clients. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to business development while maintaining strong client experience.

You will bring GxP validation experience and a track record in R&D operations, leading teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced people manager and workstream lead in life sciences consulting.
• Demonstrated management consulting expertise for pharma/biotech clients.
• Experience with one or more R&D operational roles (clinical ops, regulatory, safety).
• GxP system implementation and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of system implementation deliverables and drive completion end-to-end.
• Coach and supervise consulting staff; provide performance feedback.
• Design alternatives and contingency plans for customer needs.
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and pitches.
• Achieve billable utilisation and managed book of business.
