• Proven experience in Van or Light Commercial Vehicle sales.
• Strong customer service skills with proactive attitude.
• Min. 1 year experience in motor trade.
• Existing customer base in Cardiff desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Robust time-management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and used vans to develop the dealership's customer base.
• Generate sales through business development and relationships.
• Advise customers on features, warranties, and financing options.
