Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Van Sales Executive to join a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff. You will promote and sell new and used vans, manage finance and insurance products, and deliver excellent customer service while working to achieve sales targets.

The role offers a basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped OTE of £42,500, a company vehicle, and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

• Experience in van or commercial vehicle sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell new and used vans, along with finance, insurance, and other related products.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery progress and potential delays.
• Address and resolve customer queries professionally and ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Explain warranties and service plans and introduce customers to Aftersales Department.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Executive to join our client's reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff.

The Van Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets for new and used vans.

• Uncapped, realistic OTE of £42,500 per annum
• Basic salary of £20,000 per annum

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-4:00pm

• Actively promote and sell new and used vans, along with finance, insurance, and other related products
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery progress and potential delays
• Address and resolve any customer queries efficiently and professionally as the Van Sales Executive
• Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion
• Explain warranties, service plans, and introduce customers to the Aftersales Department
• Demonstrate features and benefits of vans to potential buyers
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
• Support the achievement of team sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in van or commercial vehicle sales preferred; applications from experienced car sales executives will also be considered
• Live within a reasonable commute of Cardiff
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to sales excellence
• Able to quickly learn product specifications and sales techniques
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points This is a rewarding role for a dedicated Van Sales Executive looking to grow within the motor trade industry.
