Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a Commercial Van Sales Executive with proven motor trade experience to drive sales and deliver outstanding service. You will engage with customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives, and manage the full sales process from enquiry to deal closure.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £60,000, a company car for work and personal use, a pension scheme, employee discounts, on-site parking, and a Monday–Saturday schedule

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Commercial Van Sales Executive or in a similar motor trade sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service ethos with a professional attitude.
Ability to work Monday to Saturday with alternate Sundays off.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Engaging with customers to understand their commercial vehicle requirements.
Generating sales and achieving targets across both used and new vehicle sectors.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business.
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
Managing all stages of the sales process from initial enquiry through to deal closure.
