The position requires previous automotive sales experience, IT literacy with dealership systems, a valid UK driving licence with few points, and a commute within a reasonable distance of Chipping

Responsibilities

• Sell used vans, and occasionally 4x4s and cars, along with providing finance, insurance, and additional services.
• Conduct the majority of sales via telephone and email channels.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle delivery progress and managing any delays.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
• Collect payments and finalise sales.
• Explain warranties, service plans, and vehicle features.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to exceed expectations and increase sales.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the vehicle stock and company processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading used van retailer, for the position of Used Van Sales Executive.

This is an excellent Van Sales Executive opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals seeking career growth within a dynamic and expanding company.

• Minimum basic salary of £26,000 per annum, with the potential to earn £100,000-£120,000+ through performance-based bonuses
• Flexible employment options, including self-employed or employed contracts - 28 days' annual holiday, with day-in-lieu for bank holiday work

• Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; Saturdays 9:00am to 5:30pm; Sundays 10:00am to 4:00pm (at least one weekend day per week required) Duties of a Van Sales Executive:
