Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a skilled Commercial Van Sales Executive to join our client’s team. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships within the motor trade.

This role offers an OTE of £60,000, a company car, pension, and an employee discount programme. Regular hours Monday to Saturday with Sundays off on a rotation, and a supportive environment that values career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Van Sales Executive or in a similar motor trade sales role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service ethos with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday with alternate Sundays off.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to understand their commercial vehicle requirements.
• Generating sales and achieving targets across both used and new vehicle sectors.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Managing all stages of the sales process from initial enquiry through to deal closure.
