Qualifications

Our client, a reputable used van retailer with a national presence, is seeking an experienced Van Sales Executive to join their expanding team on the outskirts of Chipping Sodbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career within a growing company.

Duties of the Van Sales Executive:

• Promote and sell used vans, and occasionally 4x4s and cars, both over the phone and via email
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative sales techniques
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Advise customers on vehicle features, warranties, and service plans
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to payment collection and vehicle delivery
• Keep customers informed about delivery status and address any delays or queries
• Demonstrate vehicles and associated products to customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle stock, sales processes, and relevant industry regulations

Requirements of the Van Sales Executive:

• Proven automotive vehicle sales experience, preferably within the van or commercial vehicle sector
• UK driving licence with minimal points
• Reside within a reasonable commute of Chipping Sodbury
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to build rapport with customers
• Confident negotiator with excellent influencing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
