You will manage the full recruitment cycle for HGV and van drivers, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates and coordinating with client teams. Travel to Bridgwater and Cornwall when required; mileage paid at 0.22 per mile.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers, especially van or HGV roles.
• Track record in high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes from sourcing to interviewing.
