Job summary

Driver Hire Torbay is recruiting an experienced Category B Van Driver for ongoing food delivery work across South Devon. You will be delivering food products to restaurants on a multi-drop route, with a 02:00 start, Tuesday to Saturday.

Ongoing regular shifts with potential to become a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. Full UK Category B licence required with up to 6 points; previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred; own transport for early start recommended.

Qualifications

• Driving a Category B delivery van
• Completing multi-drop food deliveries to restaurants
• Loading, transporting and delivering products safely
• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Maintaining delivery paperwork where required
• Providing professional customer service at delivery locations
• Following road transport legislation and company procedures
• Reporting any delays, delivery issues or vehicle defects promptly

We are recruiting an experienced Category B Van Driver for ongoing food delivery work across South Devon.

You’ll be delivering food products to restaurants on a multi-drop route, working Tuesday to Saturday with a 02:00 start.

This is ongoing work with regular shifts and the potential to become a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay and Hours

• £14.57 per hour PAYE Advanced with other PAYE models available
• Tuesday to Saturday

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving a Category B delivery van
• Completing multi-drop food deliveries to restaurants
• Loading, transporting and delivering products safely
