Winner Recruitment in the United Kingdom invites an experienced HGV Driver Recruiter to join our Franchise Department. This temporary, full-time role covers the full recruitment process for drivers, from sourcing through onboarding, with travel between depots.

You will handle multiple vacancies and driver accounts, requiring excellent organisation, communication, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential
• Driver recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Confident sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Source and attract driver candidates
• Screen and interview candidates
• Complete Right to Work, licence and compliance checks
• Prepare contracts and manage onboarding
• Manage multiple vacancies and accounts at the same time
• Maintain accurate recruitment records
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
• Work to recruitment targets and deadlines
• Liaise with candidates and the client's Franchise Department
• Travel between depots when required
