Job summary

THX Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Operative to deliver goods to customers and provide an outstanding customer service experience across the UK. The role requires manual handling, driving and safe working practices, with responsibilities including updating delivery IT systems and reporting improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a customer-facing background, a clean UK driving licence, and comfort with IT/navigation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Valid, clean UK driving licence.
• Manual handling ability.
• Computer literate with familiarity of IT and navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on time and in a friendly manner.
• Ensure accurate hire equipment arrives as scheduled.
• Resolve problems promptly and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Follow safe working practices while driving, loading and unloading.
• Communicate with colleagues to meet customer requirements.
• Operate the delivery IT system and capture required data/equipment photos.
• Identify opportunities to improve THX operations and report them.
• Identify sales opportunities during travel and report to sales team.
