THX Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Operative to deliver goods to customers while providing an excellent service experience. You will handle heavy items, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service.
• Valid UK driving license (manual) is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manually handle heavy/bulky items is required.
• Computer literate with familiarity of IT and navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure accurate hire equipment is delivered on time.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues to meet requirements.
• Follow safe working practices while driving, loading and unloading.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and report to the team.
