Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service.
• A valid, clean UK driving licence for manual vehicles.
• Manual handling ability for heavy, bulky items.
• Comfortable driving in congested areas, including London.
• Good IT literacy and navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on time and in a friendly manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery.
• Follow safe working practices while driving and loading/unloading.
• Update the delivery IT system and capture equipment photos.
• Identify sales opportunities and report to the sales team.
