Job summary

THX Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Operative – HGV Class 2 to deliver hire equipment to customers and provide excellent service. You’ll load and unload equipment, maintain on-time delivery, and resolve issues promptly while staying safety-focused.

The role supports other THX operations during quieter periods and offers a comprehensive rewards package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Valid UK HGV Class 2 licence with CPC.
• Experience in driving and delivering goods.
• Familiarity with IT and navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on time and in a friendly manner.
• Help ensure 98% on-time delivery target is met.
• Resolve problems promptly and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Load and unload hire equipment safely using appropriate lifting equipment.
• Follow safe working practices while driving and loading/unloading.
• Support other departments during quieter periods.
