Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Value Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional membership of a recognized manufacturing or engineering institution is preferred.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing, production, or value chain operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale operational or transformation projects.
• Track record of driving productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility with strong leadership, direction and accountability across production activities.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety policies and promoting a safe working environment.
• Manage manufacturing budgets and cost performance, partnering with finance teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and maintain operational standards through governance and risk management.
• Optimize production performance by removing constraints and maximizing resources with continuous improvement expertise.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and business teams to optimize capacity and network performance.
• Develop and inspire high-performing teams aligned with plant and company objectives through coaching and delegation.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean and project management skills.
