Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Value Stream Supervisor to lead a large packaging operations team, driving lean manufacturing, cost control, and continuous improvement across the value stream. You will own line management for operators and technicians, delivering year-on-year efficiency gains while ensuring safety, quality and delivery.

Qualifications

Supervise direct manufacturing team including Line Leaders, Operators and Technicians.
Drive value-stream improvements, future implementation plan and the Operational Excellence roadmap.
Accountable for Tier 2 actions and profit & loss of the operation, including cost, safety, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead Kaizen activities or improvement projects.
Conduct financial analysis and continuous improvement, including OEE and labour efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic goals and accelerate new product launches.
