FBC UK in Batley is seeking a Value Stream Leader to head a multi-skilled manufacturing team, delivering safe, efficient production with high quality. You will lead with accountability, drive continuous improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to cut costs and enable new product introductions.

You will champion GMP, coach staff, and ensure daily KPI management while supporting cost-saving initiatives and NPD launches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-skilled manufacturing team.
• Proven track record delivering production and cost targets.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and GMP standards.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP and MES systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a multi-skilled operations team.
• Manage shift operations to deliver planned tonnage and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and safe working practices.
• Deputise for manufacturing lead and cover holidays for other VSLs.
• Oversee attendance, performance reviews and team development.
• Control quality and process capability, troubleshoot issues, implement fixes.
• Drive KPI management and action top issues for long-term fixes.
• Engage team in site priorities, GMP audits, and cost-saving initiatives.
