Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering operational due diligence and value creation engagements.
• Experience with post‑merger integration, separation, carve-outs or complex transaction programmes.
• Demonstrable experience in cost reduction, operational improvement and EBITDA enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver operational due diligence engagements, assessing business performance and value creation opportunities ahead of investment.
• Develop value creation plans and reports to drive EBITDA improvement, revenue growth and efficiency.
• Support integration programmes to realise deal synergies and achieve strategic objectives.
• Deliver separation planning and execution for complex transactions and carve-outs.
• Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability and operating performance.
• Engage with private equity lenders and senior stakeholders within global corporates to communicate insights and recommendations.
