We are working with a leading global consultancy to recruit a Value Creation Manager to join its team, advising private equity investors and global corporate clients on complex transactions, operational improvement and value creation. From operational due diligence through to post-deal integration, separation and cost transformation, you will play a key role in identifying value creation opportunities and translating strategic recommendations into tangible commercial results.

As a Value Creation Manager, you will:

• Operational Due Diligence: Lead and deliver operational due diligence engagements, assessing business performance, operational risks and value creation opportunities ahead of investment.
• Value Creation Strategy: Develop value creation plans and reports, identifying opportunities to drive EBITDA improvement, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Post-Merger Integration: Support integration programmes, ensuring businesses realise deal synergies and achieve their strategic objectives.
• Separation & Carve-Outs: Deliver separation planning and execution, supporting complex transactions and business carve-outs.
• Cost Reduction & Transformation: Identify and implement cost optimisation initiatives, improving profitability, productivity and operating performance.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with private equity investors, portfolio company leadership teams and senior stakeholders within global corporates.
• Value Delivery: Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations, supporting execution and measurable financial outcomes.

• A strong track record of delivering operational due diligence and value creation engagements.
• Experience across post-merger integration, separation, carve-outs or complex transaction-related programmes.
• Demonstrable experience in cost reduction, operational improvement and EBITDA enhancement.
• Experience working with private equity clients and/or large, global corporate organisations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling capabilities.
