Global Consultancy in London is seeking a Financial Services Value Creation Director to lead engagements across due diligence, strategy and post-merger transformation. You will work with private equity clients and financial services organisations to unlock value and maximise returns.

The role oversees operational due diligence, value creation plans, integration and carve-out programmes, cost transformation and senior stakeholder leadership.

Formación

• Experience leading complex client engagements in financial services.
• Proven track record in value creation and EBITDA enhancement.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working with private equity investors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Operational Due Diligence engagements, assessing performance, risks and value opportunities.
• Develop value creation plans and reports to improve profitability and growth.
• Oversight of post-merger integration, ensuring deal synergies are realised.
• Oversee separation planning and carve-outs for complex transactions.
• Identify and deliver cost optimisation initiatives and transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with PE investors and C-suite executives.
• Lead multidisciplinary programme delivery and translate recommendations into outcomes.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
