Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an Associate Director in the Value Creation Advisory (VCA) team. You will lead day-to-day client work on carve-out and merger projects, design operating models and drive revenue growth and cost reduction initiatives, while managing risk and delivering value for clients.

You will guide junior colleagues, support sales efforts, and collaborate with Partners across UK and international teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in carving-out, integrations or value creation work within advisory/professional services.
• Experience leading small teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with ability to tailor style for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client work across a range of project sizes, including meetings, analysis and high-quality deliverables.
• Interpret complex information, identify key issues, and articulate them clearly to clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, pitches and support wider sales efforts with Directors and Partners.
