Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director in Value Creation Advisory (VCA) to lead day-to-day client work, drive deal-focused value creation and support senior colleagues in client delivery. You will work across carve-out and integration projects, with a focus on improving EBITDA through operating model design and targeted interventions.

• Experience in advisory/consulting or professional services.
• Ability to lead small teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client work for a range of project sizes and manage risk and commercial aspects.
• Interpret and analyse large volumes of complex information to identify key issues.
• Prepare proposals, pitches and support wider sales efforts with Directors and Partners.
• Support junior team members and possibly supervise people managers.
