Job summary

Vail Williams in London is seeking an Associate Surveyor - Valuation to join our busy Valuation team. You will deliver valuations for sale, lease, investment, and insurance purposes, and prepare detailed technical reports and feasibility studies.

The ideal candidate is MRICS Chartered with strong leadership, client relationship skills, and solid analytic and budgeting capabilities, capable of managing complex instructions in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensively apply the principles of Valuation for clients & colleagues
• Remain current and abreast of current legislation that applies to the RICS competencies
• Prepare reports and advice, proof-read the reports of others. You are as responsible for the end product as the originator.
• Ensure the correct use of templates, provide constructive feedback before, during and after and assist the development of colleagues in this area.
• Undertake Qualitative Audits of written documentation in line with discipline processes as required.
• Proactively and appropriately share knowledge, information and contacts both for the benefit of the wider business and to support personal and team business plans

Associate Surveyor - Valuation

By joining our Valuation team, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of valuation and advisory services across commercial, residential and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for delivering accurate property valuations for sale, lease, investment, and insurance purposes, alongside preparing detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and other relevant documentation.

Responsibilities
