Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in quarterly royalty reporting and month-end processes.

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with data to support our Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to our Finance Controller, duties include:

  • Support the operations of the accounts, HR and administration function to ensure timely processing of data.
  • Accounts receivable
  • Administration of Ecommerce payments
  • Processing and allocating bank payments
  • Payroll
  • Quarterly royalty reporting
  • Support month end, processes to include:
    • accruals and prepayments
    • balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with departmental budget and forecast variance analysis
  • Maintaining process documentation on SharePoint in line with company document control process
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Finance Team and Senior Leadership team as required
Skills and experience:
  • Understanding of double entry.
  • Proven track record in finance and accounting roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiar with NetSuite ERP
  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent
  • Prior accounting experience in a SaaS business
