Releaf is seeking a hands-on UX and paid media designer in the UK to own landing page design and creative for campaigns. You will craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes and QA to ensure high-converting pages while staying compliant in a regulated sector.

You'll produce static and video creative for Meta, collaborate with the performance team, and use GA4/heatmaps to iterate. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma and After Effects are essential.

Competenze

• At least 3 years' professional design experience (ideally 5) covering UX/web design and paid/performance creative.
• A portfolio showing landing pages or web journeys with results and paid social creatives.
• Solid UX fundamentals: flows, wireframes, prototyping, information hierarchy, mobile-first, accessible design.
• Hands-on testing and optimization of landing pages and ad creative with a performance focus.
• Strong static and motion craft: typography, layout, motion graphics, short-form editing.
• A data-driven approach; use insights to inform design decisions.
• High output and ability to manage multiple briefs from stakeholders.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects or Premiere desired.
