Job summary

Releaf, the UK's leading medical cannabis clinic, is seeking a design-led candidate to own UX for paid media landing pages and create static and video creative for paid channels. You will ensure the ad-to-page journey is seamless, compliant with sector regulations, and optimized for conversions.

Responsibilities include designing mobile-first landing pages, building a design system, and collaborating with the performance team to iterate based on data.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' professional design experience (ideally 5).
• Portfolio with landing pages or web journeys and paid social creative.
• Solid UX fundamentals: user flows, wireframes, prototyping, information hierarchy, mobile-first accessible design.
• Experience testing and optimizing landing pages and ad creative with a performance focus.
• Strong static and motion craft: typography, layout, hierarchy, motion graphics, short-form editing.
• Data-driven design approach: use performance data to inform decisions.
• High output and ability to juggle multiple briefs from stakeholders.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) plus After Effects or Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and design of paid media landing pages from flows to QA on live page.
• Design mobile-first, fast, accessible pages with a clear path from click to booking.
• Plan and run a continuous landing page testing roadmap with the performance team.
• Use GA4, heatmaps and session recordings to optimise pages and drop-offs.
• Build and maintain a landing page design system and component library.
• Collaborate with developers and partners to ensure accurate page builds.
