Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Designer focused on conversion rate optimisation for a London-based, hybrid role. You will own landing pages and conversion experiences to help customers understand the service and take the next step.

You should excel at revealing complex information clearly through typography, interactions, and visuals, with a strong storytelling approach and collaboration with growth teams. Equity, pension and development support are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong visual and interaction craft across digital/B2C products.
• Portfolio showing thoughtful landing pages or conversion journeys with clear product thinking.
• Understanding of messaging hierarchy, social proof, mobile behavior and page performance.
• Ability to communicate complex information without losing necessary detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve mobile-first landing pages, conversion components and reusable templates.
• Create clear page structures, messaging hierarchies and calls to action.
• Make detailed information digestible through typography, illustration, interaction and motion.
• Consider customer intent, emotional state and the journey beyond the landing page.
• Collaborate with growth and CRO colleagues to shape hypotheses, develop variants and learn from experiments.
• Maintain a coherent experience from acquisition messaging through to conversion.
• Build accessible, reusable patterns that support fast iteration without compromising quality.
