Qualifikationen

• Strong experience as Designer/Senior Designer/Creative Strategist or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrates creative thinking and visual design for digital/paid media campaigns.
• Ability to translate audience insights and performance data into creative ideas.

Aufgaben

• Develop creative strategies for paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google).
• Turn insights and performance data into clear creative concepts and recommendations.
• Produce concepts for static ads, video, UGC and other formats; guide from ideation to production and analysis.
• Collaborate with account, performance and creative teams to deliver effective campaigns.
• Coordinate with external partners when required and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on trends and AI-powered tools to improve ideation and efficiency.
