WPP Enterprise Solutions in London is seeking a confident Content Designer to shape the website experience for client campaigns, vehicle launches and landing pages.

You will collaborate with UX, UI and Content teams to craft engaging, accessible copy, wireframe flows in Figma, and run usability testing with researchers to inform copy decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting for customer-facing products or platforms.
• Portfolio with user journeys, wireframes, content testing, or iteration based on data.
• Experience wiring flows in Figma and annotating designs for clarity.
• Knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience using quantitative metrics and qualitative research to guide content decisions.
• Ability to communicate rationale clearly across design, product, brand and marketing teams.
• Meticulous attention to grammar, terminology and tone of voice.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, engaging, and consistent content across digital touchpoints, focusing on key vehicle/nameplate updates and landing pages.
• Map user journeys, define flows, and wireframe content-led landing pages in Figma.
• Apply tone of voice and usability principles across discovery to detail pages and CTAs.
• Design for accessibility with descriptive links, header structure and alternative text.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to build and improve experiences.
• Map and audit content journeys to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Support user research and testing; use findings to validate and refine copy.
• Contribute to the evolution of design system, taxonomy and content guidelines.
• Balance workstreams with prioritisation from lead or delivery manager.
