Job summary

VML is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI or Product Designer with a CRO focus to join our hybrid team in London. You will craft premium web experiences and landing pages across desktop and mobile, translating data and hypotheses into high-impact design variations that drive conversions and business growth.

You will own end-to-end design for A/B and multivariate tests, work within a CRO squad, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver optimized journeys for our clients and sub-brands.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON UX/UI or Product Designer with CRO and experimentation focus.
• Translate data, analytics, and hypotheses into high-impact design variations.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle for A/B and multivariate tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for A/B testing, multivariate testing, landing pages, and optimisation across web and mobile.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for experimentation and validation.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and persuasive patterns.
• Support tokenized design systems to ensure scalable, consistent components across multi-brand environments.
• Design tailored user journeys for sub-brands while maintaining core design system architecture.
