Your Role

• Design clear, concise, and accessible content for onboarding forms and account opening journeys.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align content with interaction design and visual hierarchy.
• Create and maintain content patterns and guidelines for consistency across journeys.
• Translate complex regulatory or operational requirements into user-friendly content.
• Develop correspondence templates like confirmation emails and rejection notices.
• Conduct content audits and usability testing to validate effectiveness.
• Work within agile teams to deliver iterative improvements.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and user needs.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a UX Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content design for digital forms and onboarding flows.
• Familiarity with GOV.UK content design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable using design tools like Figma or Sketch and CMS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services or with tools like Experian PCCA or Hopewiser.
