Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is hiring a Content Designer to join the Digital Excellence community. You will champion inclusive design, create user-centred content, and rely on analytics and user research to map journeys.

You'll work in multidisciplinary Agile teams, apply WCAG and GDS principles, and collaborate with clients across public and private sectors. Hybrid working with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services.
• Experience designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs.
• Experience writing inclusive content in plain English.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build strong relationships with clients across projects, influencing and collaborating with them on the content
• Create and iterate accurate user-centred content to a high standard that meets user needs
• Use analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify the needs of users and map user journeys
• Make complex language and processes easy to understand
• Bring new ideas and challenge the status quo
• Be an advocate for user-centred design, iterative and agile approaches
